These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Signzware Content Management System (CMS), related websites, mobile apps, player software, and associated services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using a Signzware player license, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. The Services

Signzware provides software and tools to create, schedule, publish, and manage digital signage content across screens and media players. Features may include media libraries, playlists, solutions, scheduling, timing boards, player monitoring, AI-assisted tools, and related administration.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts and user roles
Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@signzware.com

3. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

Paid plans, free trials, and player licenses are described in order documents or by contacting sales@signzware.com. Fees are due according to the selected plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Upload or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
Attempt to bypass security, licensing, or access controls
Interfere with platform reliability or other customers' use
Resell or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Signzware a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish the content on your screens.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Signzware's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Signzware for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise.
