Sign up and your organization gets full CMS access for 30 days with one player license included. No credit card required. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep publishing.
Is the subscription per user or per organization?+
Per organization. One subscription covers your whole team — invite as many users as you need at no extra cost. Player licenses are purchased per screen.
What is a player license?+
Each CMS plan (Basic or Advanced) includes one player license for your organization. You can add more player licenses anytime for additional screens. Player licenses are managed in your subscription dashboard and can be reassigned between screens.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. You can switch between Basic and Advanced at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing period.
What hardware does the player run on?+
The Signzware player runs on our plug-and-play media player device, webOS displays, Android devices and Raspberry Pi. One license covers one screen, whatever the hardware.
